The standard delivery charge on all orders under £95 is £4.95 per delivery address.

All orders over £95, per delivery address, will be delivered free of charge. Exceptions apply to furniture delivered to postcodes IV & KW where a £25 per item additional charge will be applicable.

Subject to stock availability please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery. Furniture is normally delivered 3 to 4 weeks after order (subject to stock).

We use the appropriate shipment method for the item ordered. This may mean that your delivery will be made by the postal system or by courier (or specialist team). Unfortunately we are not able to provide timed deliveries. Courier deliveries will be made Monday to Friday only.

For furniture deliveries a two person specialist delivery team will agree a am or pm delivery slot on the delivery day in your postcode (except remote areas where an 'all day' slot may only be available). They will place the item in the room of your choice and after unpacking the furniture they will then, if relevant, place the top part of a dresser/ bookcase on the base and fit the bracket. You will then be asked to sign for receipt of the product and finally they will remove the packaging from your home.

Please note that the delivery team will not affix the handles but this is an easy job after delivery has been affected.

Also please note that tables require self assembly of the legs.

Please ensure that the furniture will fit in your home and through doors prior to order. Please add 20cm to each dimension on the product details to take account of packaging - if in any doubt please call 0870 240 6514 for advice.
