Gift List Service
- Unlike most companies we aim to keep stock of all the products we sell. This results in a very quick delivery after the big day, indeed if you wish to have the gifts available on the day for a 'show of presents' then we can normally arrange this for you. If the event is within 10 miles of Haslemere in Surrey and we can package them for presentation rather than mail order then we will gift wrap them free of charge. Delivery is free of charge to any mainland UK address.
- Your friends and family can order a gift from your list at our shop in Haslemere, on-line at www.rural-living.co.uk or by telephoning 0870 240 6514. We will provide you with cards to send to family and friends informing them that we are managing a gift list on your behalf.
- A Director of Rural Living is assigned to managed your list and will ensure that everything runs smoothly and you are kept informed of progress. This Director will arrange a convenient time to meet or call you to agree the process, advise you on the products and create the gift list. We aim to be as flexible as possible and can arrange evening contact if this is more suitable.
- In order to provide you with the items you most desire items can be exchanged for other products, this is especially useful to complete a dinner service or a set of items.
- For 6 months after your big day you have the option to purchase any remaining items from your list at a 5% price reduction.
- We recognise that you may wish to have a complementary 'basics' gift list with a general department store for such things as electronic items (the obligatory toaster perhaps?) and so we have a low minimum gift list value of only £200 to benefit from the above services.
