Rural Living want you to be delighted with all of the purchases you make from us. If however for any reason you wish to return your purchase to us, you may do so, no questions asked, within 28 days of the date of purchase. We will provide you with a full refund including the original postage and packaging cost. All we ask is that the goods are returned unused, as new, within their original packaging and that you bear the cost of a suitable method of delivery to us.

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit and therefore we would recommend that you use some form of recorded delivery for returns. However, if the return is due to our error we will refund you the cost of this return postage.

Please note, where purchases are paid for by credit or debit card, refunds can only be made to the original card. If a gift item is returned we can only credit the purchasers original card and therefore if you decide to return a gift item the purchaser will inevitably be informed.

Furniture Returms

Please ensure you check the dimensions for access of the furniture prior to purchase and add 20cm to each dimension on the product specification to cover the packaging. Please call 0870 240 6514 if there are any queries.

We would encourage you to visit our shop to see examples and appreciate the benefits of our furniture prior to purchase, but if this is not possible then furniture can be returned but a £70 per item charge will be levied to make a contribution towards the collection costs.
